This time, we are looking for an Order Entry Agent- French Speaker to join a mutinational company in the industrial sector, industry leader with gases company that stands out for its integrity, vision and the mission to make the world a productive place.
In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for:
- You will provide assistance by phone, email & chat, by solving simple and complex queries from our client's customers and that have impact on business performance.
- You will guide our client's customers in our Website/Webshop.
- You will ensure that data received from customers is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
- You will transfer queries to the corresponding department and contribute to our processes improvement.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have some experience working as a Customer Service Advisor.
- You have a proficient/native level of French and a basic level of English. Experience working with the Office Suite and SAP is valued.
- You are a good communicator, and you are able to communicate by phone and email with our customers.
- You value working in a multicultural team and oriented to achieve results (KPI's).
