We want to hear from you! We are currently sourcing candidates for various roles, ranging from operational agents to team leadership positions, all requiring fluent French (and good English).
Native or professional fluency in French (C1/C2 level).
Previous experience in Customer Support, Shared Services (SSC), Finance, Accounting, or Team Management (depending on the position).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills (familiarity with CRM/ERP tools like SAP, Salesforce, or Excel is a plus).
Valid work permit for Portugal / EU citizenship.
Currently living in Porto or open to relocation.
