-Manage and develop strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
-Handle and resolve customer issues by providing effective solutions
-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and customer support) to optimize service delivery
-Follow up on contracts and manage documentation to ensure compliance
-Analyze customer needs and offer tailored advice on our products and services
-Native or advanced proficiency in Dutch
-University degree
