You will join an international company with a strong presence in the European market, known for its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The office is based in Porto, offering a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Your main tasks include:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from customers
- Providing support to existing and potential customers via phone, email, and mail
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company processes
- Managing reservations, requests, queries, and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience
- Guiding customers through the Webshop
- Transferring queries and claims to the appropriate internal departments according to rules and processes
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues promptly
- Ensuring customer data is accurately and timely maintained
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
- Minimum required Secondary school (High School)
- Fluency in French (native or professional level).
- English B2 (preferred).
- SAP/ERP Basic Knowledge/Salesforce (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.
