One of our clients, a global leader in FMCG, is currently seeking to hire an FP&A for their site located in Milan, Italy.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to drive business performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Support monthly closings, ensuring accurate revenue and cost tracking.
- Participate in S&OP, providing full P&L visibility and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to evaluate innovations, pricing, promotions, and key client negotiations.
- Contribute to strategic planning and act as a trusted business partner across functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and support the development of reporting and analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must, while experience with SAP and/or Oracle Hyperion Planning are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide concise insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
