Our client is an international FMCG company with operations across multiple European markets.
Manage New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects from concept through to launch.
Support product improvements, reformulations and product optimisation initiatives.
Coordinate development projects with external manufacturing partners and key stakeholders.
Manage product samples, evaluations and feedback processes.
Conduct market, consumer and competitor analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
Participate in product reviews, benchmarking and product testing activities.
Coordinate packaging development and update projects.
Review product information, packaging content and artwork materials.
Ensure product information is accurate and aligned with internal requirements.
Support packaging approval and implementation processes.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality and other business functions.
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Product Development or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience within Product Development or Product Innovation in the food (FMCG) sector.
Exposure to international environments is highly valued.
Understanding of product development processes within FMCG or food industries.
Experience working on product launches, product improvements or innovation projects.
Advanced level of English (at least a C1).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Hands-on and proactive approach.
High level of ownership and accountability.
Salary: Up to €41,000 gross annual salary.
Hybrid working model.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
