As a Senior Finance Systems & Process Manager, you will:
Lead projects to optimize, digitalize, and automate financial systems, processes, and reports (focus: SAP FI/CO).
Act as the primary point of contact for SAP FI/CO topics, master data quality, and S/4HANA migration in Europe.
Bridge the gap between Finance, IT, Procurement, and Business Units—translating technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Analyze and redesign financial processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procurement-to-pay) with a focus on integration (MM/SD modules).
Drive change management: Train teams, document processes, and ensure smooth adoption of new tools/systems.
Collaborate across regions (Germany/Europe West) to implement best practices and scalable solutions.
5+ years of experience in Finance Process Management, SAP FI/CO, and cross-module integration (MM/SD).
Proven track record in project management (Agile/SCRUM is a plus) and leading small teams.
Ability to simplify complex SAP/finance concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive multitasker: Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel with competing priorities.
Fluent English (German is a nice-to-have but not mandatory).
