Our client is an important European company focused on providing efficient digital transformation and business solutions to customers.

As HR & Payroll Administrator, in your day to day:

- You will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in financial records. 
- You will process the accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. 
- You will  prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.  
- You will do the monthly financial preparation for the external accounting company. 
- You will assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and monitor performance against these budgets. 

You are the person we are looking for if:

-You have at least 5 years of experience in managing accounting and payroll administration. 

-You ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits. 

-You have a very advanced level of english. 
- You like to keep things simple while showing strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach. 
- You are a fluent communicator who can bring people together.
