Our client is a multinational company operating in the technical and industrial solutions sector, with a strong presence across European markets.
They provide specialized products and services to a wide range of industries and are recognized for their innovation and high-quality standards.
Your main responsibility will be to contact active/inactive clients to follow up on different product campaigns and to inform and generate interest (leads). It is not sales or "cold calling".
During your day to day:
- You’ll contact active and inactive clients to understand their needs and generate interest.
- You'll be involved in campaigns for any of our product divisions, as well as after-sales technical services, for which you will receive solid internal training.
- You'll generate leads, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams of the assigned region
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
- You have previous experience in the DACH market.
- You're interested in learning about technical products (no prior technical knowledge required).
- You have a native level of German and advanced level of English. Any additional languages, such as Spanish, are a plus.
