Our client is a leading immigration consultancy firm dedicated to providing exceptional support and guidance to clients worldwide. Their mission is to simplify immigration processes and help clients navigate complex legal requirements with ease. They are currently looking for a Remote International Client Support Specialist to join their growing remote team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage immigration cases from start to finish, including visa applications and related procedures.
- Advise clients on required documentation and process steps.
- Liaise with Spanish immigration authorities (e.g., Extranjería, UGE) to ensure smooth case progress.
- Organize and prioritize your workload efficiently to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
- Continuously learn about immigration laws and policies to deliver accurate advice.
Who you are:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in English).
- Have at least 2 years of experience in immigration advisory or related fields.
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
