The front desk coordinator is responsible for managing the reception/front office for Veeva’s Barcelona office, on our fast-growing biggest European office. This person must be detail-oriented, have strong customer service values, time management skills and the ability to work in an environment that changes day-to-day. This role will also assist local executives and will be working as a backup with the Workplace Services team, maintaining the front desk and assisting with daily operations of the building.

- Availability to work standard office hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish.
-Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
-Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
-Positive attitude, autonomy, and eagerness to learn.

- Temporary contract: December 2025 – June 2026.
-Competitive gross annual salary.
-Benefits: Free on-site gym, 3 free lunches per week, 1 special breakfast per month, and break from December 24 to January 1, the company is closed, and working days during this period are counted as worked, not vacation.
