Our client  is a Fintech scale-up who revolutionizes financing solutions for companies thanks to its participative financing model between professionals.

As a member of the Commercial management team, you will manage the company’s sales and product development to drive sustainable, profitable business growth and market share. You will manage the company's commercial sales team, develop commercial and business development strategies and plans optimized for both short-term results and long-term strategy. You drive market adoption of the company’s services and report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition: Lead generation, qualification, pricing, P&L analysis, negotiation, and closing of major customer deals while aligning with company goals.

 Customer Retention: Develop and implement programs to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.

Customer Advocacy: Oversee the full customer experience, handle feedback and complaints, and ensure all processes are aligned with customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Business Development: Monitor market trends and competitors, support new product launches and market entries, and define business terms to drive revenue and profit growth.

Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales team, set targets and incentives, and ensure organizational efficiency and talent retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with leadership and other departments to drive revenue growth and build strong internal relationships.

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies, financial forecasts, and performance analysis to ensure sustainable and profitable growth aligned with company objectives.

 

Candidate Profile Summary:

Extensive commercial experience in international financial services (ideally factoring), with expertise in profit generation, sales strategy, distribution channel management, pricing, and market development.

Established commercial client and broker network across Europe, particularly in France.

Proven success in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving business growth in complex, competitive markets.

Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing sales teams.

Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; able to operate hands-on in dynamic and diverse environments.

Goal-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Fluent in French.

Competitive salary 30K+

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM  Includes a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks (morning and afternoon)

Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Remote work available on Wednesdays and Fridays
