Key Responsabilities: - Supervise and coordinate the AP team across multiple countries to ensure efficient and compliant processing of supplier invoices. - Ensure payment deadlines, internal procedures, and international accounting standards are met. - Maintain communication with subsidiaries regarding AP. - -Related matters and propose process improvements. - - Monitor supplier reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper account management. - Participate in the implementation and optimization of digital AP management tools. - Lead, train, and support members of the AP team. - Collaborate closely with the accounting, tax, and finance teams across the group. - YSupport the accounting department with supplier account closings and internal or external audits.
- A higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable management. - Experience in team management or international coordination (highly valued). - Fluent command of both English and Spanish; French is a plus. - Solid knowledge of international accounting standards and ERP accounting systems. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment. - Excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership capabilities.
