Work Schedule:
- Flexible start between 8:00 and 9:30 AM
- One-hour lunch break
- Finish between 5:00 and 6:30 PM
About the Role
We are hiring professionals who are native or advanced in English, with a B1 level of Spanish and a university degree.
As a business developer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- You will manage and develop client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- You will handle and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions.
- You will collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and customer support) to optimize service.
- You will follow up on contracts and manage documentation to ensure compliance.
- You will analyze customer needs and provide tailored advice on our products and services.
