In your day-to-day:
- You will assist B2B clients and solve queries via email, phone, fax or web-shop from existing customers on SAP.
- You will solve urgent requests from customers.
- Further you check with Back office and credit teams for updating/including addresses, credit limits and products prices.
- You will ensure that deliveries rejected by the customer are properly processed.
You're the person we're looking for if:
- Previous experience in Customer Service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred.
- Native or C2 level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English.
- SAP/ERP basic knowledge preferred.
- You're able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with clients.
- Least a High School Diploma.
- Proactive, data and goal-oriented and focus to answer our clients' needs.
