Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected.

As part of the Belgian Telesales/Customer service department your main tasks will be the following:

-You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers.
-Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.
- Capture all the details and confirm the registration once it’s done. We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.

-French & Dutch Native + Nice to have other European languages

-At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment

• The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
• The agent should also have strong customer service skills, to be used to working to targets and change in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices

-Salary of 22.783€ gross per year plus monthly bonus based on your results    + 204 €  of ticket restaurants per month                                                                                                                                                                                                              -100% remote position, you will receive a laptop and you will have the flexibility to work fully from home, everywhere in Spain
