Our client is an international leading company in the home appliance insurance sector.
They are currently looking to add two Telesales Agents to their Outbound Sales department.
In your day-to-day tasks, you will:
-Make outbound calls to Portuguese-speaking clients from the company database and offer them insurance for their home appliances.
-Provide information about legal warranty coverage and current promotions.
-Inform customers about additional insurance options offered by the company.
You are the person we are looking for if you:
-Have at least 2 years of experience in telephone sales.
-Are a native Portuguese speaker.
-Have excellent commercial and sales skills.
What do we offer?
-Permanent full-time contract directly with the client company.
-Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 20:00, and Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.
-Work-from-home model available across Spain, except in Madrid, where the position is hybrid (office presence required occasionally – equipment for remote work is provided).
-Gross annual salary: €16,500 fixed + €1,300 language bonus (€17,800 total)
