What You'll Do:
- You will lead, motivate, and manage the Spain team to achieve sales targets.
- You will develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- You will monitor sales metrics and performance reports.
- You will assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff.
- You will maintain relationships with key clients and handle major customer accounts.
- You will attend regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- You will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- You will manage administrative staff/warehouse staff and coordinate office workflows.
- You will handle office budgeting, purchasing, and expense tracking.
- You will ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- You will maintain office supplies and equipment.
- You will coordinate communication between departments.

You are the perfect match if:

-You have qualifications in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- You have 5 years of experience in sales, office management, or a combined role.
- You have proven leadership and team management skills.
- You have a strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM systems.
- You have a good understanding of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
- You have strong organizational and time management abilities.
- You have SAGE knowledge.
- You have Excel knowledge.
