This time, one of our clients — a leader in pet nutrition based in La Chapelle Vendômoise — is looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator: a key figure who will drive a culture of safety, ensure compliance, and proactively lead initiatives that protect people and enhance workplace wellbeing. What You Will Do:
- Support risk assessments and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate external prevention services and safety providers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Monitor and update Health & Safety KPIs.
- Deliver safety training in collaboration with HR.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across the site.
- Investigate incidents and share learnings and best practices.
- Ensure subcontractors follow safety procedures.
- Participate in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (Bachelor’s level) / Solid initial experience in safety-related roles (ideally in the consumer goods, food, and/or pet food industries).
