You will work in a well-established company in the premium tourism sector, with more than 20 years of presence in Europe. The company acts as a commercial hub for several European markets, working with both direct sales and international agencies and partners. The Barcelona team is multicultural and highly focused on collaboration and high-quality customer service.
In this role, you will have direct contact with clients, participate in international trade fairs, and be an active part of the day-to-day business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and following up with end clients in the DACH market, providing close and high-quality service.
- Handling incoming inquiries and occasional phone contact with clients, mainly in German.
- Monitoring the sales process and business opportunities using CRM tools.
- Updating and maintaining client, lead, and sales information in internal systems.
- Recording and tracking sales in the booking system.
- Providing operational support to the team in daily tasks such as database updates and information management.
- Assisting in the preparation and occasional participation in trade fairs, events, and client visits.
- Native or professional level of German and intermediate/advanced English.
- Experience in customer service in telephone sales or commercial support.
- Familiarity with IT tools such as Excel or CRM systems.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Long-term commitment to a project based in Barcelona.
