What You’ll Do:
- You will grow our business while developing your career, working both independently and collaboratively with various teams within your assigned territory.
- You will ensure the speed-to-lead process is consistent and effective across all channels.
- You will follow business processes and leverage tools such as Salesforce.com (CRM), LinkedIn, referral processing systems, and other sales-related platforms.
- You will represent ADP with professionalism during all interactions with potential new clients.
- You will engage with industry leaders and decision-makers to understand and validate their needs.
- You will identify opportunities that enable ADP to offer tailored, high-impact human capital management solutions.
