Our client is a leader tech company based in Barcelona.
As a Sales Agent with high level of French your key responsibilities will be:
- Selling the services of the company to clients B2B.
- Providing assistance via phone/mail/chat to customers by solving simple and complex queries that the customers could have.
- Guiding the customers and inform them about the company.
- Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained.
- A high level of French (C1 level minimum.)
- Medium level in Spanish (B2)
- Experience in Sales.
- High communicative skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Base Salary 22K + Variable Commissions.
- Long Term Contract.
- Ticket Restaurant.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday from 9h - 18h.
