A leading multinational chemical company (industrial & medical gases), part of a world-renowned group.
As a Rotating Assets Management Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic management of rotating equipment across regional plants. You will drive reliability improvements through Linde's Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance standards while optimizing costs and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute the regional strategy for rotating assets management.
- Implement Linde's maintenance standards (Predictive, Preventive, Corrective) to enhance plant reliability and availability.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities for rotating equipment management.
- Provide technical support for operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Lead/support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and equipment failure investigations.
- Define technical specifications for new equipment in collaboration with Project Execution.
- Advise on spare parts strategy to maximize plant availability.
- Prepare technical documentation and equipment data sheets.
- Contribute to digital transformation through data analysis and automation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in industrial plant operations.
- Expertise in rotating equipment (turbocompressors, expansion turbines, reciprocating compressors, pumps).
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, interpret, and utilize operational data.
