A leading multinational chemical company (industrial & medical gases), part of a world-renowned group.

Join this global industrial team as a SAP PM Specialist, where you’ll lead the configuration, optimization, and support of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across international sites. You’ll play a key role in harmonizing maintenance processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will:

-  Own the setup and continuous improvement of SAP PM workflows, including equipment hierarchies, functional locations, work orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance plans.
-  Ensure high-quality, consistent data across the CMMS, managing asset master data, maintenance histories, and reliability records.
-  Provide expert-level support to plant teams—maintenance technicians, planners, and managers—helping them leverage the system effectively.
-  Implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability, streamline work execution, and improve data collection.
-  Integrate SAP PM with other enterprise systems (e.g., procurement, inventory, asset lifecycle) to enable seamless operations.
-  Apply reliability engineering tools such as RCA and FMEA to strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
-  Contribute actively to digital transformation efforts by using data to improve asset performance and operational efficiency.

-  Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or as a CMMS/EAM specialist, ideally with SAP PM (Maximo or similar systems also considered).
-  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
-  Proven success managing CMMS systems in heavy industrial environments (e.g., gas, chemicals, energy).
-  Experience supporting CMMS across multiple international sites is highly desirable.
-  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decisions.
-  Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
-  Willingness to travel moderately (approx. 25–30%).
